To obtain an LEI code from GreekLei, the interested legal entity must send electronically via email to info@greeklei.gr the relevant application, stamped and signed by the legal representative of the legal entity, additionally attaching the following documents (in PDF or JPG format): 

• Certificate of registration of the Legal Entity in the relevant registry, 

• Representation document of the Legal Entity from the relevant Registry (e.g. GEMI) or a certified copy of the Board of Directors’ minutes, 

• Attached slip fees payment, 

If the legal entity is part of a group of companies, documents describing the structure of the legal persons/entities within the group. If these Legal Entities do not have an LEI code, a registration certificate from the relevant Registry must also be provided.
