To amend the details of an existing LEI code, the legal entity sends electronically to GreekLei, via email to info@greeklei.gr, the relevant application stamped and signed by its legal representative, attaching the certificate of change of the legal entity from the relevant registry. 

It is noted that every legal entity holding an LEI code is obliged to immediately inform GreekLEI of any modification of its details or cessation of its operations.
